The team is incredibly professional, attentive, and always takes the time to answer my questions. What I appreciate the most is the follow-up. They truly check in and make sure you’re happy with your results, which shows how much they care about their clients. I’ve done Botox and fillers here, and I couldn’t be happier. My results look so natural — refreshed, not overdone — exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve received Dysport neuromodulator, an initial BBL Hero treatment, and three Dermaglow chemical peel sessions, all based on the provider’s recommendations. I am extremely happy with my results and feel confident in their expertise and approach. While the pricing is on the higher end for Colombia, this is a top tier facility with advanced technology, high quality products, and outstanding care. The value for what you receive is absolutely worth it. They have also been incredibly accommodating with my travel schedule, which I really appreciate since I travel from the U.S. on short notice for appointments. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish.

Terrible!! Prana clinic canceled my appointment a few days before arrival. There was no solution yet they required me to send money to set the appointment aside. It has been a couple of weeks and i have not received a refund after one lady said i would. I have emailed them called and texted. Yet no one is available but are posting on social media.
