Mommy Makeover Packages is an independent directory and free lead-referral service. We connect people with plastic-surgery clinics abroad. We are not a medical provider and are not a party to any treatment or payment between you and a clinic.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our quote form, we collect the details you choose to give us, which may include:

• Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Your preferred destination, the procedure you are considering, your budget and timeframe.
• Any message or goals you share, and the clinic you were viewing when you enquired.

We may also collect basic, non-identifying usage data (such as pages visited) through standard analytics to improve the site.

How we use your information

We use the details you provide for one main purpose: to match you with suitable clinics and pass your enquiry on to them so they can contact you with information and quotes. We may also use your contact details to follow up with you about your enquiry.

Who we share it with

When you submit an enquiry, you ask us to share it. We share the details you provide with one or more clinics so they can respond to you. Those clinics are independent third parties and become responsible for the information once they receive it, under their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Our enquiry form is processed by a third-party form provider (FormSubmit) that delivers your submission to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable record-keeping, after which they are deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us not to contact you, by emailing hello@mommymakeoverpackages.com. Note that once a clinic has received your enquiry, you will need to contact that clinic directly regarding any information it holds.
