They made me feel very secure and taken care of from the very beginning. Once I traveled to Colombia, I was very nervous but they reassured me time after time and they did not fall short at all. The surgery was a complete success and all the doctors involved came to my room and checked up on my room to ensure I was okay and everything was stable. BAD EXPERIENCE! I elected Dr. Carlos based on his reviews and expertise but his staff is HORRIBLE. DR. Góngora gave me a price in his office and then his secretary increased the price right after our appointment. They scheduled me for an appointment without consulting me first and we had to cancel and after we told the doctor about our experience he dismissed it. He even tried to get my wife to cancel her surgery with another surgeon because he wanted to do the surgery on her during my follow up appointment. We WONT BE BACK. He is a good surgeon but poor customer service skills.
