I have traveled numerous times and even my husband who didn’t want to get anything done, now trusts this office. This is our first stop whenever we have a chance to come to Medellín. Their treatments and service is excellent.

I had a fantastic experience during my facial! Victoria was incredibly thorough and attentive, making sure every step of the process was explained with detail and purpose. She took the time to ensure my skin was deeply cleaned, and I could immediately feel the difference after the treatment. My face felt clean and fresh. As a frequent traveler within Colombia {Medellin 55 times} since 2021, I hope my re review finds its way to you… be sure to read once and two for every business you evaluate. Getting aesthetic care is an important decision; it should be based on a confidence that your caregiver has your interests in mind, and operates from a strong base of principle and integrity. We are not widgets. I encourage Americans and other foreigners to choose businesses with integrity and a customer orientation. Do support those businesses in Colombia that earn an honest wage, without gringo pricing. Not an easy thing to discern. I testify to the poor quality of this business in terms of mission and integrity as evidenced through communication only. I mentioned the price according to American pricing scale, instead of within their own country. Reply: “jajaja, okay Michael, cada quien gasta su dinero a su gusto…” [To me, translates: it’s ok to overcharge & take your money, if you’re willing to give it]. I believe their core values are not customer oriented from my experience. I also suspect by their smug and unprofessional comments, they hide behind high reviews (possibly through sincere experiences, others through lack of comparison). I believe this review is honest based on a true and written communication experience. The rating 2of5 is based on the value of integrity in business.
