Like I posted before: Dr. Londoño and his staff are amazing. I used Dr. Londoño last year for face and neck lift and was so happy I came back. After loosing over 125 pounds I needed surgery to remove the saggy skin under my arms and breast augmentation. I am now 2 weeks post op and I am extremely happy. Dr. Londoño is so professional, kind, knowledgeable and always willing to help clear any doubts I could have it made me feel safe and understood. His staff, all of them are A+. They are always available to answer any questions with kindness and a smile. I recommend this doctor 💯.

I don't have enough words to express how happy I am with this doctor and his staff. I went to Careaga in Miami/Coral Gables and they did an awful job and the told me MY EXPECTATIONS WERE TO HIGH. I then came to Medellín to see Dr. Londoño and not only did he charged half of what the other doctor charged me. Dr. Londoño did an amazing job. (Facelift and neck lift). Dr. Londoño work actually exceeded my expectations. He is super professional, his staff is knowledgeable and very professional, the office and facilities are modern and always spotless. It was a great experience. I recommend him and I will be back no doubt 😁

After 3 days of procedure and aftercare, i couldn’t be happier. This was after a super easy process of communicating with the office and the doctor for the consult, the appointment, and the pre-operative planning. As an English speaker with a novice level (if that) of Spanish speaking capabilities, the office, the doctor, and the nursing staff were all able to communicate with me and keep me informed. I’d do this process again without hesitation. Special thanks to Isabella for getting me booked and Carolina for making sure I was set up to go home without any questions. (And of course to Dr Londoño!)

Decent hair transplant surgeon (4 stars), horrendous treatment and service (1 star). Once they collected my money they did NOT care about me at all and barely responded on WhatsApp. About the surgery: During the surgery there was no movie or anything playing, I just sat there half conscious as they worked on my head. Towards the end, he left and an assistant eventually put the remaining hair grafts in, the anesthesia wore out and it was a pretty painful final hour. Why the service was horrendous: I was given no info on where to pick up the medication or shampoo needed, the day before the surgery I went to 8 pharmacies looking for the shampoo they told me to get and nothing. No post surgery written instructions, and 0 response on WhatsApp for 3 days after the surgery when I had heavy swelling. They didn't say anything about my first wash, which is important, and a person who is not even a medical professional responded three days later on WhatsApp saying I didn't need a wash for 10 days. This is wrong and dangerous info and I'm glad I used Google to wash scabs off a few days after the surgery! The attitude: when I came back to the office for my first wash, I brought all this up and one assistant who I wish I knew her name was extremely rude to me, saying the written instructions didn't matter, she did her best but that it was my fault I didn't listen to her oral instructions right after my surgery. Oh I'm sorry I was all drugged up and in pain and didn't hear you. How do you not provide written instructions to patients? The surgeon realized that the staff were so bad, he brought out the "fake" pharmacist who messaged me wrong information to apologize to me personally, and then offered me a free plasma treatment, administered by the same staff member who was extremely rude to me. The head cap fell off three times and she didn't even care. In the end, my looking on Google, and constant medication and personal care, got me to where I am one year later. One year later the results are great, though no message or acknowledgment from them of course. I would never recommend this office or their patient care, or that one staff member in particular who should not be working in the medical profession.

This Dr. and his staff are unprofessional. Prior to booking a consult with the Dr. Londoño I was in communications with his assistant Manuela via WhatsApp app. I sent her a quote I received from another Dr. and clearly communicated that if Dr. Londoňo could not be in the same price range then there would be no need to have the consult. She sent me a message claiming a lower price and confirmed my appointment. I took a 25 minute taxi ride to his office. Upon arrival I was taken into a consult room where his assistant told me that the Dr. would not meet me because the quote I showed him was way to low and he was not interested. Why waste my time and money? Why make me go to the office? Unprofessional in every way!
