What a shame to give a doctor money upfront. I gave him $3,500 and they've been stringing me along for two months because I can't have the surgery in Colombia. And it's not even because they asked for an advance; I gave it to them in good faith to pay the doctor in cash since I live in another country. I feel ROBBED. I've called the doctor directly on his personal phone several times and left messages, but he never answers. But when I had the consultation, which I paid for, of course, and on other occasions, he answered right away. Very polite at first, but when it comes to returning what isn't theirs, it says a lot about this prestigious doctor who refuses to give me my money back. People! Never give money upfront to this group of swindlers and thieves.
