Excellent service, great advice, and great support from the start. All my questions were answered clearly, and I felt very confident throughout the process.

I had my liposuction procedure done at this clinic and overall the surgical team was very professional. The doctors were knowledgeable, explained the procedure clearly, and the surgery itself went smoothly. The clinic is clean, organized, and the staff are friendly, which helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. However, one area that could definitely be improved is the recovery support that is arranged through the clinic. In my experience, the massage therapist assigned for the post-surgery lymphatic massages was often late (sometimes close to an hour) and the technique was very painful. After liposuction, the recovery phase is extremely important, and proper lymphatic drainage should be done with care and skill to avoid unnecessary pain. Because of this, I would recommend that future patients consider arranging their recovery care directly with a specialized recovery house or therapist rather than relying on the service arranged through the clinic. I’ve also had to wait a whole month just to receive the surgery pictures and videos. Overall, I am happy with the surgical results and the professionalism of the medical team, but improving the coordination and quality of the recovery services would make the overall patient experience much better.
