Annia, I don't know you, I don't know who you are, but your opinion impresses me! I am 61 years old, I have had surgery on several occasions, in different cities, with renowned doctors, both in Bogotá, Cali, USA, Cartagena, several plastic surgeries and none of the doctors cared so much and took so much precaution to avoid the slightest risk and take care of my life above all! like Dr. Montes did. I am sure that if he sent you 3 blood tests, he only did it with the intention of making sure that your life was not in danger. I went through two surgery attempts and innumerable tests that Dr. Montes sent me and today I can only thank the doctor who, due to his ethics and professionalism, continued my life thanks to the fact that he took all the precautions not to make mistakes. In my opinion, you should be grateful and very grateful because I am sure that the doctor did not perform the procedure on you, it was only because your life was more important than money and that speaks highly of a professional. Be thankful that you are alive because he acted with ethics and wisdom, it is not fair that by an emotional opinion you can unfairly discredit a great professional and even ruin an image that HE DOESN'T DESERVE! I invite you to reflect and learn what important the gratitude is!!!!

I had the worst first plastic surgery experience with doctor montes and bals plastic surgery before i got to colombia i was quoted for a lipo + bbl after I sent my pictures. When i got there the doctor said i’m not a candidate he could only perform a tummy tuck mind you i did my research for over a year spoke to many doctors did many videocamera consultations and not one doctor quoted me for a tummy tuck except dr montes. After thinking,being encouraged by them and promise the results that I wanted i decided to do it. I specifically asked for bigger glutes but when I woke up for some reason my glutes looked the exact same! My back fat was still there as well. when I went to see him a few days after surgery i explained my concerns and he rudely said if you want to get rid of ur back fat you’ll have to cut them up. I’m 3 months post op and I look the exact same I’m extremely unhappy with the results I’ve spent more than 15k CAD in this surgery and plus. After getting home I spoke to so many other doctors and they all said i never needed a tummy tuck now i look the same and i have a horrible scar. Nobody from his office or BALS surgery ever checked up on me since i got back home. I had very high expectations from this doctor due to the good pictures but at the end it’s all a facade. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR.

Horrible experience. Traveled to Colombia. The miscommunication is a huge problem. Everything is an issue. They treat you as if they are doing you a favor with the operation, all because the doctor has a big name in the city. The service in the office is horrible. They didn’t even offer water. After finally being able to schedule an appointment with the doctor, for the first visit, I had to wait 2 and half hours to see him, when I had a set time for appointment . I never ever leave a bad review for someone but this has been by far the most horrible experience in Colombia. The lack of professionalism is an issue. They had me do blood work twice and asked for a third time because my hemoglobin was 1 point away from the norm. They try to sell you a thousand extra things , three times more expensive than what it actually cost. Don’t go to this doctor !!! Save the headache and the stress.
