I used Body Harmony for my Lipo 360 experience in Bogotá and am very grateful for their support. I don’t speak Spanish, and I quickly learned that very few people in Bogotá speak English. Body Harmony provided a translator for all my appointments, which was essential. They arranged consultations with multiple doctors, and I ultimately chose Dr. Oscar Barón, who spoke some English and made me feel comfortable moving forward. Body Harmony picked me up from the airport, transported me to all appointments (blood work, EKG, surgery, follow-ups), and coordinated my aftercare. They helped arrange a nurse to come to my hotel, assisted with starting my pain pump IV, ensured I received all necessary medications, and coordinated lymphatic massage—first at my hotel and then at the doctor’s office. Overall, Body Harmony was professional, organized, and incredibly helpful for an English-speaking patient. Knowing what I know now, I would recommend staying at the recovery home rather than recovering on your own, but Body Harmony’s support made the experience manageable and smooth.

Wow, what a great experience here at body Harmony. I first contacted Pablo in February, and he was able to help me navigate what I needed done before I arrived here in Bogota. I currently live in United States. He was very attentive from the time I contacted him on whattsapp as well as when I arrived at the airport in May. He greeted me with Vanessa at the airport and assured me that that he would be here every step of the way. After Pablo and Vanessa (another coordinator like Pablo) picked me up, they took me to the recovery house where they introduced me to Dairles(the Nurse that will stay in the house for 24/7) and Elena (who is the cooking healthy homemade meals.) I had every meal cooked and snacks along the way. 3 meals a day plus fresh juice. YUM! I have been here for 10 days and they have met all of my needs and then went above and beyond. Especially Pablo, I had some issues with going to my massages, and he was able to drop what he was doing and take me there. (They have their own massage therapist here that they use, so taking me was not part of the plan, but my surgeon requires me to do in house massages and have someone accompany me there.) So Pablo rearranged his schedule to help me and so did the nurse Dairles. What a welcoming experience here in Bogota. If you are looking for a community environment while recovery I highly suggest this place. I never felt alone and I felt very safe. You can't even enter the building unless going through security. Thank you all for you help during my recovery and your amazing support each step of the way.

First of all, I’d like to thank the entire Body Harmony team for the excellent service. I was very scared to go to another country and risk my life with a doctor I had never met, only through Zoom, and people I only communicated with through text, but I am so happy I risked it all and went with this company. Not only was the doctor extremely professional, but he listened to my requests and followed up multiple times after the surgery. Vanessa was with me at every doctor visit and accompanied me to buy everything I needed pre and post op. They never said no to anything, instead encouraged me to ask for anything I needed. They made me feel like I was staying with friends. The nurse Dairles was with me 24/7 and helped me with things I would have never expected I would need help with. Trust me! You will need someone’s help when having lipo, I don’t know what I would have done if I stayed at a hotel. Rocio was so sweet and cooked for me 3 times a day and every time she brought my food she said she cooked it with love. Señor Jairo was patient with me when I went to buy things and clinics visits, Pablo was great... I wish I could go on, but it really was a great experience. More than what I expected for sure

I had a very positive experience with Body Harmony and Dr. Fontalvo in Cartagena, Colombia. They both did such a wonderful job explaining me the benefits and risks of my procedures, as well as expected outcomes during my virtual and personal consultations. I was looking for a surgeon and I found Body Harmony on Google. I messaged them and received a reply in seconds. Since then everything was wonderful from the consultation to surgery and post op. I received an amazing care and unbelievable results. Pablo, the patient cordinator, and his staff from Body Harmony have been very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Pablo was very informative. He's very attentive, honest and he's always available for any questions I have about any of my procedures. Yeisis my esthetician did a great job with my lymphatic drainage massages. Dr. Fontalvo is extremely talented. He's a brilliant surgeon and he truly knows how to care of his patients. What I like the most is that Dr. Fontalvo set realistic goals for me and whenever I had a question or concern he made himself available to answer them even after hours and on weekends. He did an excellent job transforming my body with a tummy tuck, lipo 360, a CBL (Colombian Butt Lift), arms, inner tights and chin lipo, and a breast reduction and lift with implants that look very natural. I'm very happy and satisfied with the results. Everything from booking the consultation with Body Harmony to my last follow up with Dr. Fontalvo was impeccable. They made me feel comfortable during the entire process and I'm very blessed to have made the right decision in choosing Body Harmony and Dr. Fontalvo to performed my surgery. They have given me back so much confident and I feel and look fantastic. I felt like I was in good hands and I highly recommend them to others without hesitation.

I used Body Harmony services during my stay in Cartagena to schedule food deliveries and the use of the Hyperbaric Chamber. They were awesome and owner spoke English, which is hard to find here. Very friendly, timely and efficient service. Wish I would have found this company sooner. Would definitely recommend!
