This is my happy place ! I have gotten many procedures and always felt like they treated me really profesional, also I notice the positive difference in my face (more firm, less wrinkles and without dark spots ) I love the kindness of the doctors and the girls they always great you with a smile and they are patient and mindful of how you are feeling Plus they have all the latest treatments in the market no other place will have the technology and all the machines that they have. Also is the newest clinic in Cali so the place is just built and is a nice space to be in a nice plaza with underground parking. I recommend this place with my eyes closed

My experience at Seoul Medical Spa was very distressing. I arrived for one scheduled treatment but felt significant pressure to agree to numerous additional services and packages. By the end of the visit, I was charged approximately $5,000 USD. During the consultation process, I felt uncomfortable with how recommendations were presented. While receiving a facial, I was asked to get up from the treatment table and walk down the hallway wearing only a gown that was open in the back, with a mask and headband on, to speak with the owner. At that moment, I had no purse, phone, or personal belongings with me, which made it difficult to feel fully prepared to make decisions. I also felt overwhelmed by the environment, as multiple staff members were present while services and injectables were being suggested. The consultation did not feel like a structured medical assessment, and pricing was written by hand rather than provided through a formal menu or treatment plan. Ultimately, several billed services were not performed or did not match what I believed I had consented to. I also noticed inconsistencies between documentation and product labeling. I encourage others — especially international clients — to carefully review treatments, pricing, and consent forms, and to avoid making financial decisions while already in a treatment setting.
