They also make sure you talk to the anesthesiologist who is equally as amazing. I recommend Dr. Espinosa 100%. The best surgeon. My family is from Medellin Colombia but we live in Florida. We traveled all the way from Florida to Cali Colombia to see Dr. Espinosa. He is extremely detail oriented, patient, and has the patients best Interest. His team, including Anesthesiologist Alejandra Maldonado and Coordinator Isabela Romero are incredible. His work is unmatched. My healing was painless, scarless and made extremely easy. I am grateful to have him as my doctor and extremely pleased with his craft! I recommend him to everyone.

I had surgery with Dr. Federico in November 2024. I'm only posting this review now because the final results are visible after a year. I'm very happy with the result. I live abroad, and the whole process was very easy. What made me choose him was that, in addition to being a surgeon, he's also an ENT specialist, and he offered a simulation of how my nose would look. The doctor is very kind and explains everything with great patience and clarity, and his entire team is also very friendly. I'll include some before and after photos. My nose tip was pointing downwards, and it looks quite natural, which was my biggest concern. I definitely recommend him, 10/10.
