His office keeps constant communication, walking you through every step, answering all questions, and making sure you feel confident and prepared. The anesthesiologist team he works with at Dhara Clinic are true professionals with years of experience, which gave me complete peace of mind. On the day of surgery, everyone at Dhara Clinic was welcoming and kind. They made me feel at home and kept my companion informed every step of the way. I was very anxious before the procedure, but the nurses and Dr. Monroy’s team immediately put me at ease. They played my favorite music, made me comfortable, and talked to me until the moment I went under anesthesia. Dr. Monroy personally came in to explain everything clearly, step by step, which really helped calm my nerves. A small tip for anyone about to go under general anesthesia — think of good things before you fall asleep. I did, and I woke up calm and happy. When I woke up after surgery, the staff was immediately attentive. They monitored my vitals, made sure I had everything I needed, and didn’t let me leave until I was fully stable and able to walk on my own — exactly as I arrived. Post-op care has been just as impressive. The follow-up appointments were scheduled in a timely and organized way. His team of doctors and nurses treated me with empathy, respect, and patience. They explained every detail of the healing process and answered every question. I also want to highlight something most people don’t realize — they send a nurse home with you after surgery, and it’s already included in the cost. The nurse stays for about eight hours, making sure you’re comfortable and safe during those first critical hours. Most of Dr. Monroy’s nurses have worked with him for over 10 years, so they know the process inside and out. Even if you travel alone, you won’t be alone. To top it off, both Dr. Monroy and his team personally called me the first night after surgery to check on me and gave me their direct numbers in case I needed anything. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. I’m now six days post-op, my cast is already off, I’m breathing perfectly, and I’ve had almost no bruising — all thanks to the ultrasonic rhinoplasty technique Dr. Monroy performs. I’ve had zero complications, and the results already look amazing. I’m beyond happy with my experience and results. Dr. Monroy is not only talented but truly cares about his patients and takes great pride in his work. I would recommend him 100% to anyone considering rhinoplasty or facial procedures. Doctor Monroy is a super sweet person but as a plastic surgeon, he is not a good option. My left breast and my butt look terrible after surgery. You have no idea how I regret It every day. I don't recommend him as your option to get a plastic surgery.

I scheduled and paid for a consultation in May 2025, but the customer service was so abysmal I canceled. Despite sending forms for my refund and reaching out multiple times, a year later they still never returned it. Go elsewhere.
