My experience with Elite was truly beyond anything I could have hoped for. From Dr. Albaro Florez to every single staff member, including the housekeeping team, everyone treated me with incredible kindness, respect, and care. You can genuinely feel how much they care about their patients. What I appreciated the most was the honesty and professionalism of the nurses and staff. They guide you through everything, making sure you understand what you should and shouldn’t do for the best possible recovery and results. That level of dedication meant so much to me. A very special thank you to Giovanny Cardona, my assessor, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. No matter the day or time, he was always available to answer my questions and provide support. He is caring, professional, dedicated, and truly passionate about helping people feel comfortable and informed. I am so grateful for the entire Elite team. If I ever decide to have another procedure in the future, there is no doubt in my mind that I would choose Elite again. Really great experience with the Elite Cirurgia Plastica team! Sofía was fantastic and drove us to all of our appointments and surgery. She was there to drive us home post surgery and in the days that followed even found time to drive us around, showed us some stuff and took us for dinner. The chefs at the recovery house were great! Despite us being anglophiles and them not speaking English, they took the time to translate via apps or charade sign language (haha) to take our orders and ask us if we wanted anything special. Food was top notch and they were super friendly. The Nurses were excellent! Once again there was a language barrier but it didn’t matter. They took the time to communicate with us and took excellent care of us. They were like clockwork delivering pre and post surgical care. It very easily could have been awkward me a man being cleaned and dressed by the female nurses without being able to speak their language but they managed to keep it both light hearted and professional. A good sense of humour mixed with great professionalism. The massage therapist was very kind despite having to provide a fairly painful service. Post surgery the lymphatic massages are very important but are also pretty painful. The massage therapist came every morning and was kind and empathetic while torturously helping us heal. Tough job for her but we really appreciated her. The team went above and beyond and even booked us a trip to Monserrate with a guide. Which was fantastic and a must see if you are up to moving around a bit post surgery. As for the surgery itself, everything seems to be looking good! Early days as there is still swelling but so far so good!

I am so happy with my results but more than anything I am so happy with the care I received. I was extremely nervous of having my procedures but everyone was really calming and made me sure of my decision. When choosing somewhere for my surgery, what was actually very important to me was the post op care. They check your vitals 3 times a day, medication twice a day which includes anti blood clot medication, pain meds and iron,as well as a daily massage. I have never once felt like I was bothering the nurses, in fact they were always wanting to help. They help shower you, change your bandages and fit you into your faja, foams and boards daily. After 3 weeks at Elite I am incredibly happy with my results but more than anything I am healthy and feel great. My incision has been healing perfectly and I felt very well taken care of. Before my last day they had a stylist come and do my nails and pedicure, haircut with keratin and even my lashes. I hadn’t felt beautiful in weeks. I feel like a new person.I truly am so grateful for the great care. Thank you to Orlando, Jason and Mary Luz who picked me up and dropped me off from the airport and to all my appointments. Luz, Rocio, Leily, Valentina and Sophia for all the care and affection. It was rough for me, I missed my family and felt homesick, but they always made me feel better about my decision. I highly recommend Elite! Carlos Artura Pineda and the entire staff were wonderful! I was treated like royalty from the minute I got off the plane and for the entire 3 weeks! I highly recommend Dr Alfredo Diaz who is an outstanding plastic surgeon and so caring and professional. He makes you feel like family. Carlos answered ever question and explained everything. No matter what time of day or night I text him he responded instantly! I can’t say enough about the care and service and the great results of my surgery!

There are no words to express my appreciation for the incredible care from the Elite team. They have a special place in my heart and played a significant role in the most transformative experience of my life. Traveling to a new country for major surgery is very scary, but Kimberly and the team made sure I felt welcome and comfortable every step of the way. They were like a family while I was away from home: kind, caring, and accommodating.
