Eighteen years ago, I had the opportunity to undergo breast implant surgery with her, and years later, I entrusted her with an equally significant procedure: my explantation. Beyond her professional excellence, I deeply appreciate her compassion, her ethics, her clarity in explaining each procedure, and the respect with which she treats her patients. I always felt heard, safe, and supported, both by her and her entire team, who demonstrate a high level of professionalism and warmth. She is a consummate professional with extensive experience and an exceptional team. I couldn't have made a better choice for my surgery. I opted to travel to Colombia and I have zero regrets, from the moment I'm greeted at reception to the doctor's secretary, and of course, Dr. Claudia herself—she's a sweetheart. The treatment is exceptional; she's incredibly attentive to your needs and always tries to ensure I'm completely satisfied. Most importantly, she's super clear about absolutely everything: the procedure, the post-operative period, and what I should and shouldn't do to achieve the best possible final result. Edit: The passive aggressive Facebook review reply, disclosing further personal information, continues to prove Nieto's unprofessionalism. She also privately messaged me on Facebook after my unfavorable review. What an absolute disaster of a consultation experience. I am nonetheless grateful that Nieto showed her true colors before spending thousands of dollars with her. 1. She didn't even review my name and case during the consultation. She asks "What is the reason for your consultation?" As if she NEVER viewed my photos prior. 2. She has noise going on in the background. She asks me to hold on as she turns it off. How unprofessional. 3. Was not very nice not generally professional in her demeanor. 4. I guided the ENTIRE 30-min consultation. It was a waste of my time. She didn't know how to help me. She didn't know how to even explain her surgical process, or her technique. I gave a suggestion and she ran with it the entire consultation. I could not take her seriously. 5. Never provided a price. There are surgeons who provide a price before paying for a consult. She never did that. And for surgeons who do not provide a price before, they ALWAYS provide a price during the consult. She never followed up after the consultation either. 7. She showed me private photos of her patients without disclosing that she had permission to share. I saw the names of her patients as well. She's an absolute joke and I wasted my money and time with her.
