In our conversation, he asked about my expectations, addressed my questions, and promptly provided a quote. His administrative team then coordinated everything, ensuring a date was scheduled that accommodated my overseas travel plans. Upon my arrival in Colombia, I had an in-person consultation with Dr. Daza, where he reassessed my case. He asked me detailed questions, encouraged me to ask any questions I had about the procedure, his experience, and the associated risks. One thing I truly appreciated was Dr. Daza’s respectful communication. He never used overly familiar language, made comments on my appearance, or suggested any additional procedures beyond what I had requested. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Daza’s calm and collected demeanor helped ease my anxiety. I also noticed the excellent communication skills of both Dr. Daza and his team. On the day of the surgery, the nurses ensured my comfort by placing a heater for my recovery from anesthesia. Post-surgery, the team’s attentiveness continued, with daily messages, regular check-ins with Dr. Daza, and appointments scheduled at convenient times for me. Despite my fear of enclosed spaces, I managed to complete five sessions in the hyperbaric chamber thanks to Anita’s constant support and reassurance. Their service went above and beyond during my recovery. They even provided a voucher for a complimentary hair wash and styling—a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly cared for. With this review, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Daza and his team for their outstanding service. I am incredibly grateful for the results of my surgery. To anyone reading this and feeling anxious or unsure about undergoing a procedure, I can confidently say this is the right place. Their thorough process and commitment to patients’ needs ensure a smooth and positive experience.
