Dr. Luis Pavajeau Ciencia y Estética Cirugía Plástica

I traveled to Bogota, Colombia from Arcadia, California, USA on 2012 to meet with Dr. Pavajeau. He performed Blepharoplasty on my upper and lower eyelids. He did an incredible job. The results were amazing. His welcoming staff and his sense of humor were so warning and appreciated as well. 10/10, I absolutely would recommend his services. The recovery process was remarkably impeccable. Thank you Dr. Pavejeau for such an amazing job.

My experience was absolutely amazing! It has truly been zero pain. I love my results. Everything from the nurses, assistants, staff, anesthesiologist, and the doctor has been great! I have had no discomfort whatsoever. Great facility, clinic and just everything. I am beyond satisfied.

Dr Pavajeau is great, his expertise is amazing and he did a great job with me. I needed to have my breast implants explanted and have breast reconstruction. Now I am very pleased with my results and it looks amazing. I also want to point that all his team are outstanding beginning with Dr. Melissa. All of them are very caring and sweet. Indeed the best doctor !!!! I highly recommend him.

I traveled to Bogotá, Colombia for plastic surgery, I did like a 2 yr research to pick the best doctor and after a lot of comparisons, checking experience and reviews, I picked Dr. Luis Pavajeau and I am so grateful I did! His job is impecable, perfection is his ally, he and his team are very kind and caring! I couldn’t be happier with the results! I came back to US and had to get checked, went to a very recognized plastic surgeon and his exact words were: your Colombian doctor did an amazing job, great outcome, you look beautiful! I can’t recommend more Dr. Pavajeau, excellent! Note on the side: I’ve read some bad reviews and they are basically related to customer service and waiting times at his office which has nothing to do with the excellency of his work and amazing results. A very busy practice means there is a lot of people very interested in his services and why? because he has build a reputation based on many years of experience and changing peoples life for good, like mine! a handful are not happy and I wonder a lot about their expectations, are they real? 🤔

This doctor is a lie. He claims to use state of the art techniques an equipment but his procedures are from 20+ years ago. He is very unprofessional making his patients wait for more than 2 hours in his waiting room for an appointment when most of the consult he’s just talking about him and bragging about his assets. I didn’t have my surgery performed in a hospital, it was done in a dodgy HOUSE with operating rooms inside and a facade of medical centre. Something that felt completely illegal, unsafe, unsanitary and a rip off considering the fees Dr. Pavajeau charged me. In that filthy “medical centre” I caught an infection that 3 months later sent me to ER when I was already overseas and I almost ended up having surgery again for the high risk of meningitis. 5 years later, I came back to Colombia to see Dr. Pavajeau to request some explanations as the final results of my surgery were beyond disappointing: my nose was crooked, I’ve got breathing issues and the nose lost its shape completely. He NEVER made an appointment for me. 7 years later I’m having revision surgery (second surgery) overseas, this time it had to be a septorhynoplasty with grafting (yes, my doctor had to use an implant of cartilage to fix Dr. Pavajeau’s mess) It was meant to be a three-hour surgery and it ended up being 6 hours because when the doctor opened up my nose he found around 20 permanent stitches holding my nose together, that technique is completely OUTDATED. When the doctor finally finished removing the stitches I ended up with a scramble of tissue. Hearing that after waking up from surgery was completely shocking and that’s why I feel I MUST post this review. I ended up spending around 15.000USD to be able to fix my nose and my breathing. Now I look back and I wonder how I could have ignored all those red flags from Pavajeau’s practice.
