The care I received from day one was excellent, and until the day I was discharged, they were always attentive to my needs, checking on me and how I was feeling. In short: they are the best. I've had three surgeries with Dr. Edgar Meneses at the Da Vinci Clinic. First, in 2015, I had liposuction and breast implants. Ten years later, in 2024, I had a SMAS facelift and neck lift. A few months ago, I had my implants replaced. With every single procedure, without exception, I was more than satisfied! Dr. Meneses is an exceptional professional, with great judgment and 100% committed to his patients. Besides that, he has impeccable taste and would never agree to perform a procedure that wouldn't be in harmony with the patient. This sense of taste is crucial, because after surgery, you can't evaluate the results immediately, but rather over time. However, the doctor knows exactly how a surgery will evolve, so you can fully trust his vision. I think that peace of mind is priceless. I had surgery with Dr. Meneses over 14 years ago and I was very happy with the results. I'm currently scheduled for another surgery (a touch-up) and I hope, God willing, that it goes well. He was excellent and very professional at the time, and my results were natural and beautiful (liposuction).

Terrible surgeon!!! Don't even think about getting surgery with this doctor. I personally had to have another breast operation because it left me deformed and with closed incisions that looked like they were made by a recent graduate. I've left bad reviews before, but they delete them. Be very careful!

I thought I had found the ideal place for my surgery, but unfortunately, I encountered an unprofessional team. After the evaluation appointment, the only thing they required was an initial payment so they could give me the formal quote. I find it unacceptable that they ask for money before providing basic and essential information such as what the procedure does or does not include, its conditions, and costs. It's illogical to expect a patient to make decisions without clear and transparent information from the outset. I have attended other evaluations with plastic surgeons where their assistants provide all the detailed information, without conditions or additional charges. This is the responsible and respectful care one expects when considering surgery.
