I so wanted to have the surgery with Dr.Jenifer Vera! I contacted her about a tummy tuck, lipo, and possible breast lift. Due to my age, she could not safely do all of it at once. Safety is super important when you are putting your life in someone’s hands. The communication was excellent throughout the consultation and pre-op phase. I felt really good about her- she answered all my (many) questions and checked in with me frequently. We had the surgery all planned, but the form for days off from work needed a US contact phone number. We had been using WhatsApp. I found out that they would not accept a WhatsApp phone number. I was heartbroken! I do plan to have other surgeries in the duture, and Dr. Veda is at the top of the list!

Had an emergency in Bogota where a surgical wound I had from the USA opened and requires immediate wound dehiscence. Dr Vera saw me immediately and quickly performed the dehiscence with extreme care and comfort. I got to speak with her and her staff at length about their knowledge and various services . I own several medical aesthetic clinics in the US and I was highly impressed at the knowledge, skill, professionalism and high standards of the clinic. Highly recommend!

Today I had my final visit with Dr. Vera after 21 days post surgery. I am so glad I made the decision to do this life changing procedure with Dr. Vera. She is extremely knowledgeable, and experienced; and of most importance, she is kind, patient, and very human. While I am Colombian I live in the USA and do not have much family left in Colombia who could assist during my recovery. Dr. Vera and her staff became my family for the 21 days I was in Colombia. From the first time we met in person (initial consultation was via Zoom) to my last day in the country I must say there wasn’t a time where more than 72 hours went by without Dr. Vera personally overseeing my recovery. When Dr. Vera didn’t see me, her staff took care of me and gave her progress reports of my recovery. Dr. Vera has a wonderful team that is an extension of her as a doctor. Thank you Maira - You were wonderful from the first time I reached out to inquire about procedures and pricing. Your responsiveness had me pretty convinced I wanted to work with Dr. Vera as communication is super important to me. Thank you Alejandra - You were essential to my post op recovery. Thank you for your dedication to your craft. For the sometimes painful but necessary massages, and for your kindness. What better testament to my satisfaction with Dr. Vera that I also convinced my mom to do a procedure she had wanted to do for many years. We (mom and I) are extremely satisfied and happy with results and can’t wait to see the evolution as they say results get better wiyj time ☺️

Like many people, I approached the consultation with a mix of nerves and apprehension; the thought of by body being cut open was far from enticing. Instead of pressuring me into a decision, she centered our discussion on the procedure itself, meticulously explaining the nuances and potential risks involved. After the procedure, Dr. Vera's commitment to my well-being continued to shine. Each post-procedure meeting transformed into a session where she meticulously evaluated her work, much like an artist scrutinizing their masterpiece. She gave instructions for post-care during every meeting, to ensure the recovery process went smoothly, and could tell when I strayed from her instructions (sorry doc, gym kept calling). The results of the procedure surpassed my expectations. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Dr. Vera and her team for their care and commitment throughout the entire process.
