Dr. Andrés Durán - Cirujano Plástico Barranquilla

10stars! If you are looking for luxury, newest/best technology, and a doctor that does amazing results I would highly recommend traveling to Barranquilla to see Dr. Andres Duran. I am super happy with my results, which is a very natural look. I was there for 15days and recovered excellently with a nurse that was assigned to me for the full 15days 24hrs, plus his team of nurses and staff where I went daily for lymphatic massages, red light therapy, Vitamin IVs, as well as new heat treatments called indibia to complement the lymphatic massages. The nurses and the staff are exceptional - they are knowledgable, helpful, extremely organized and efficient - you can tell the Dr treats them well because they are all happy! They provided the recommendations for my stay (Crowne Plaza - highly recommended) and helped me prepare before my trip and surgery so that everything went smoothly. I first selected Dr. Duran because of his work and use of advanced technology - and now writing this review to share how impressed I was with everything from his offices, the hospital where the surgery was done (top of the line just like US), and his amazing team and practice. If you are seriously thinking about doing some sort of mommy makeover consider doing it with Dr Duran and his team. The recovery is probably the hardest part of the surgery and I can honestly say traveling to Barranquilla and recovering with his team will be easier and more enjoyable than in your own home. He has an amazing rapport with his patients and was always available to answer my questions by messages or phone calls, which made me feel supported and confident throughout the entire process. I had a very disappointing experience with Andres Duran. I went in for a breast implant replacement, and the results were completely unacceptable. I was left with one breast noticeably smaller than the other and a large, visible scar across my breast. Additionally, I paid for procedures to correct loose skin under my arms and on my inner thighs, and nothing was done. I have before-and-after photos that clearly show no improvement at all. When I tried to address these concerns, instead of taking responsibility, he told me I would need to pay for the entire procedure again. That is completely unethical and unprofessional. Overall, he charges high prices but does not deliver the expected results. On top of that, his attitude was arrogant and dismissive when I raised valid concerns. I strongly recommend that others think twice before choosing this doctor. Do your research and consider other options.
