I have to say, that this was my very first rhinoplasty with doctor Ferro and first surgery ever. I was very anxious and nervous about surgery but doctor Ferro took the time and made sure I was feeling comfortable throughout every step. I had functional and cosmetic issues, after 2 months I already love the results and had no complications. He was always available and his team is absolutely lovely. best decision I ever made.

My experience before, during, and after my surgery with Dr. Álvaro Ferro and his team was simply 10/10. When I decided to have a primary rhinoplasty, I had many doubts and concerns. Normally avoid writing reviews, but my experience with Dr. Alvaro Ferro has left me no choice. I had two surgeries with him — the first in Medellin and the second in Barranquilla, Colombia. After the first procedure, I experienced complications. For the second, Dr. Ferrer personally assured me and even guaranteed that I would see excellent results. Unfortunately, within just a few weeks, the tip of my nose dissolved again, leaving me with the same issue as before. Since then, I have been dealing with serious breathing problems and cosmetic damage that affect me every single day. To make matters worse, I later discovered that I am not the only patient who has had similar negative outcomes under his care. I am sharing this so others can be cautious. Please seek multiple opinions from qualified, reputable surgeons before making such an important decision.
