If I could give negative stars, I would. This hospital nearly killed my father due to a baffling combination of disorganization, indifference, and what I can only assume is a strict internal policy against competence. No one seemed to communicate, no one had answers, and I honestly wouldn’t be shocked if they were consulting with someone on YouTube that thinks they’re an expert. The facility itself feels like it’s hanging on by a budget thread. Uncomfortable, outdated, and visibly neglected. You’d get better vibes—and probably better care—in a gas station bathroom. On top of it all, visiting hours are limited to the point of cruelty. Heaven forbid you want to support a loved one in crisis. This place seems less like a hospital and more like an experiment in how to make families feel helpless.

Illegally refused to see my two year old son in the emergency room. Go literally anywhere else.

My experience was very negative. The service in general is terrible, and most of the medical staff showed very little empathy and compassion toward patients and their families. Unfortunately, I can only commend the care provided by some nurses and a few doctors who did demonstrate professionalism and treated patients with dignity. I find the lack of ethics and sensitivity of some professionals, including specialists and surgeons, deeply concerning. On several occasions, they were cold, rude, or disrespectful. Furthermore, there should be stricter controls and precautions when administering medications, as there were serious errors related to dosages and formulations that could cause allergic reactions or further compromise the patient's health. Patients not only need medical attention, they also need compassion, respect, and safety in every procedure.

The emergency room service is terrible. Hire more nurses. It's unacceptable that you have to wait half an hour for medication because there aren't enough staff. And the facilities are awful—uncomfortable, noisy, and the procedure room is tiny. Cheapskates, invest!

This place is awful. The service is terrible. The so-called doctors and nurses don't care about the patients' well-being. The doctors sit with their legs up, glued to their phones, and if you ask them a question, they don't help at all. They're second-rate doctors. Please avoid taking your family members to this horrible place. One or two nurses are a little kinder than others, but 90% are completely inattentive.
