I had a really disappointing experience with my recent Dysport treatment. I was told it would help smooth the area under my eyes, but instead it left my eyes looking noticeably droopy. It was so bad that I couldn’t take a decent photo at a wedding—I ended up wearing sunglasses the entire time just to feel comfortable. It was embarrassing and definitely not what I expected. I went back to have it corrected, but whatever was done didn’t seem to help at all. It honestly felt like the product used wasn’t effective, almost as if it had been diluted or just didn’t work. I left feeling frustrated and unhappy with both the results and the follow-up. Overall, this experience has made me extremely hesitant to use Dysport or Botox at this med spa in the future.
