Patrick Cleveland Facial Plastic Surgery

I was recommended to see Dr. Cleveland for a consult for a facelift. My experience from the consult to my final post op appointment was incredible. He spent over an hour with both my husband and myself evaluating my anatomy and making recommendations. He explained all of the procedures he thought best for me fully. This was my first experience with any surgery of this type. We were both impressed with not only his vast knowledge but also his gentle and kind demeanor. He recommended a deep plane face lift as well as neck lift. I did not feel that he was pushing other procedures that may not be necessary. At my pre surgical appointment he highlighted every aspect of my procedure. I inquired about adding an eye lift which he did not feel I needed. Instead, he thought I would have a better result with a Temporal brow lift. Again, this appointment was over an hour in length. He recently had his surgical suite certified by the state in his office. That made the surgery day experience so much more enjoyable and less anxiety producing. Everyone in his office was wonderful throughout this as well. His office is well run and all of his staff are kind, exceptional and efficient. Dr. Cleveland came to my home the following day to remove my drains and change the dressing. I experienced very little pain and required pain meds for only the first 48 hours. My swelling and bruising was minimal to moderate and managed well with icing, etc I had my surgery 2 weeks prior to Christmas and was able to go to dinner with my family for Christmas Eve dinner at a restaurant. I was also able to return to the gym at the 2 week mark I am presently 5 months post op and I am very pleased with my results. I turn 66 y/o in 2 weeks. My children and husband ( and myself) love the results and all of them have commented that I look like myself but younger. The pictures below were taken at 8-10 week post op.

After researching doctors for over a year, I was thrilled to find Dr. Cleveland. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took a lot of time explaining everything and my results were incredible. I had no bruising and minimal pain. The lower face lift and neck lift came out beautifully. I could not be happier. Highly recommend.
