I am still pre-op, but have been really pleased with the care provided by Dr. Fan and this office. The entire staff are considerate and Dr. Fan is very transparent; I felt very well-informed of my options for reconstructive surgery.

I had my ear lobe repaired this morning by Dr. Stephen Baker and his team. It was quick and I felt comfortable with the team even with my fear of needles. The team understood my fears and did a great job at making sure I was comfortable as I performed my version of humming Beethoven throughout the entire process. It was the best experience ever. Very friendly and caring group of people. Looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend and appreciate the support and encouragement and care from all of the staff. Wonderful experience.

I consulted with Dr. Fan on July 15, 2025, for a medically necessary breast reduction, which was performed on July 30, 2025. Before surgery, I was given a list of required tests, including a mammogram and cardiovascular evaluations. These tests were not completed; only basic lab work was done. After surgery, I noticed several serious concerns with the results. My left breast is visibly smaller than the right, the right nipple has a deep indentation, and I have no sensation in either breast. I also continue to experience numbness and tingling. When I raised these issues, they were dismissed rather than addressed. I was told the results “look great,” which did not reflect what I was experiencing. At one appointment, I was shown a photograph of another patient’s results as reassurance. I did not consent to viewing another patient’s medical images, and this raised concerns for me regarding privacy and professionalism. I obtained an independent second opinion from another board‑certified surgeon, who confirmed that revision surgery would be required and provided an estimated cost to correct the issues. After posting a review and filing formal complaints about my experience, I was met by security personnel at multiple follow‑up appointments despite never exhibiting threatening behavior. This made me feel uncomfortable and intimidated during a time when I was already dealing with physical and emotional distress related to the surgery. I have filed complaints with the Office of the Attorney General, the Inspector General, the Department of Health, and the Board of Medicine. I was provided information outlining several patient rights concerns related to my experience. I am sharing my story so that other patients—especially women of color—can make informed decisions about their care. I hope my review helps others navigate their healthcare choices with full awareness. 0 - Zilch - Zero Stars You've been warned.
