Dr. Kulkarni is absolutely lovely. While I haven’t had surgery with her (yet!) she has done injectables for me and I really value her eye towards a natural aesthetic. She really wants you to feel and look like the best version of yourself. The office is beautiful and feels very warm and welcoming too.

I’ve been going to Dr. Kulkarni since 2019 and still happily drive from Virginia just to keep coming back — that’s how much I love her! DC Plastic Surgery Boutique truly feels like a space created for women, by women, and the entire team is so warm, welcoming, and supportive every single visit. I cannot recommend Dr. Kulkarni and her entire staff enough. I had a breast reduction with augmentation and I clicked with her from my first consultation.
