The customer service is always pleasant and professional. I’ve tried other places that are closer to my house. I prefer to travel two hours each way for the excellent service that I always receive. I've been going to Cultura for many years and my experience was good however my last 2 visits brought their rating to a 2 if not 1 star. I was injected with a non-dissolvable filler on both sides of my face and chin creating a sagging a bulge which I did not request. My appt was to fill in the small dimples around my chin. Was injected with an alarming amount which has disfigured my face and age me 10 years. After numerous conversations with the owner and a full $750 refund mow 2 years later I still have a lump on each side of my chin which brings heaviness and elongates my once small lower half. Still very frustrated with my service.

Beware of Tamara! She was doing witchcraft on me! First, she is NOT a doctor! She handed me a pamphlet at least 3 times over the course of 3 years PRESCRIBING me with some condition that involved the uterus and telling me that I have hair growing on my face as a result! When I told her I never had hair growing on my face before and that I had been exposed to toxic mold so that was the source if so, she gave me a cold stare and said flatly “Are you sure?” I said yes. This woman would put goggles on me and put hair growth treatments on my chin for hair growth so that she could charge me for laser hair removal! The only places that she put her hands are the places where hair grew! A seer whom I had never met saw a vision of her and said she was doing this which indeed she did! I’m still dealing with the spots and hair growth that she caused! I know I’m not the only one!
