I’ve had such an amazing experience with CA+LC! Laura and Heather are super informed and having been helping me make great strides towards meeting my skin care goals. Denise is also amazing and can make recommendations based on her knowledge of the products and procedures.

This was my second session with Michelle and I tried Laser Genesis, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. As a new client, I felt so taken care of—Michelle is incredibly warm and down-to-earth, and she made the whole experience super easy. She explained everything clearly, prepped my skin, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. After the treatment, my skin felt so smooth—I even got a few compliments, which never hurts! But what really stood out was being able to talk with Michelle about my skin overall. She helped me think through a routine that actually makes sense for me and what my skin needs long-term. Everyone at CA+LC is lovely. They’re not just doing the service—they really care and go out of their way to share helpful tips and suggestions. It all feels super thoughtful and personal. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I've been coming here for around 2.5 years now and the service has been so great! Krystian has been awesome to work with over the years and I love coming to her for my services. Over the years, I've gotten hair removal, laser genesis, peels, and botox and have been pleased with it all. Honorable mention goes to Laura who I've also gone to for facials and laser genesis. I love Capital Aesthetic and Laser Center! Highly recommend! I’ve been seeing Michelle for several years now for injectables (Botox, Dysport, and fillers) and IPL laser treatments and I'm a happy client. Michelle is knowledgeable, kind, and always makes me feel comfortable. She also knows exactly where to place the injections so I still look natural. The whole staff is warm and welcoming, and the office is super clean. I’m not quite ready to age naturally, and they help me look like how I feel.

The stars I gave are solely for the great customer service and friendliness during the appointment itself. Unfortunately, my experience after the procedure was extremely disappointing. I developed complications following the procedure, and almost a month later my skin still has visible scarring. I am unsure why the reaction occurred or why healing has taken so long, especially since I have had this same procedure in the past with zero complications. I also had to spend my holidays with excessive scarring on my face, despite timing the procedure well in advance specifically to allow for proper healing before traveling. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of follow-up and communication. I reached out multiple times by phone, email, and text to both the provider and the institute and never received a response or any support. I ultimately had to seek outside help to address the complications. Because of the poor communication and lack of post-procedure care when I needed assistance, I will not be returning. My issue is not with the in-office experience or staff demeanor, but with the absence of support after a procedure when complications arose.
