I had the most incredible experience at Virginia Surgical Center for my brow transplant. From start to finish, I felt like the most important patient they had. The team went above and beyond—even coming in on a day they normally wouldn’t work just to make it happen for me. Linda was an absolute gem; she’s one of those rare people you meet and instantly feel like you’ve known forever. She made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. During the procedure, Javier, Dr. Brown, and Linda worked together seamlessly, like a well-oiled machine. Their kindness, patience, and support truly made me feel like a VIP. The entire process exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait for the final results. I wholeheartedly recommend Virginia Surgical Center to anyone considering this procedure—you will be in the best hands.

I had my transplant performed by highly skilled technicians from Northern Virginia. Linda walked me through all the expectations and was very comforting as a transplant can be difficult, healing. The after care has been awesome. I would recommend VSC to all my friends.

I've used Virginia Surgical twice and they've done a great job. So much better than I expected. This was an either it worked or I shaved my head and to my thankfulness IT WORKED GREAT!!! The staff is courteous and very helpful. I researched a bunch of different facilities before deciding upon these guys and I have to say it's the best decision I could've made!!'

I had a hair transplant with Virginia Surgical Center four years ago. A year after the surgery I could tell the procedure was not anywhere near as successful as I hoped. Today I had another consultation for another transplant (different company) and they immediately could tell that I had a prior procedure. The doctor explained that the extraction method used damaged my donor area and that frankly I wasn’t a candidate for FUE to begin with (based on my hair type). This makes sense as the expected results were virtually nonexistent. To be honest, I had other concerns about the procedure overall that I did not express but wish I had much sooner. Nevertheless, the point of this review is to highly recommend getting multiple opinions before committing to this facility. I know that may be common sense but I'm hoping others will learn from my mistake.

Not sure how my review got deleted, but they did an absolutely terrible job. It’s 1.5 years later pretty much no growth looks worse than before and they won’t refund me a penny and they blocked me and won’t even communicate now. Spend the extra cash to do it right the first time lost 1.5 years lost graphs damaged head. I’ve already reported them too many agencies and they eventually will be shut down due to their incompetency. And I recommend spend more money or do it outside the country with a doctor that knows what they’re doing and not a scam clinic. Like what kind of hair clinic offers to do a second transplant for free unless they expect the first one to fail and then they scam you a second time so be smart invest your money properly don’t cheat out like I did and you’ll have great results if you pay more money you pay for what you get in this case I got absolutely nothing. 0/5 if I could. Hopefully this saves you guys heartache and pain and money.
