I can't recommend Dr. Tilt enough. She is not only an amazing surgeon, but also one of the kindest and most understanding doctors I've ever had. There were times I was nervous and had a million questions, and she always took the time to listen and make me feel heard. I never felt like just another patient. I'm so happy with my results, but I'm even more grateful for how supported and cared for I felt throughout the entire process. If you're considering Dr. Tilt,you're in great hands.

Dr Tilt and everyone at North Beach Plastic Surgery went above and beyond to make me comfortable and prepared for my procedure. During one of my pre-surgery consults, the power was out in the office, and instead of canceling my appointment the nurse stayed and walked me through my upcoming procedure- she had even gone home earlier to print out the paperwork, so that I could sign it and not make a separate appointment to do so. When the day came for my surgery, everyone was so positive and friendly and reassuring. I was well prepared and knew exactly what to expect. No surprises. I am a month post surgery, and I'm still healing but I'm thrilled with the results. Dr. Tilt did an amazing job, and it's life changing for me- in the best way. I would recommend this practice to everyone, they are awesome!

I had a lower bleph done by Dr. Rosenblum and I couldn’t be more pleased with my results. I had the procedure done 5 weeks ago, so I’m still healing, but I really look amazing. The first 10 days for me were the toughest ONLY because of swelling. I did not have any bruising; no black, blue, or purple eyes for me at all! Fortunately, the pollen was out of control during my first two weeks of recovery, so I told people that I was suffering from allergies and they believed me (lol). I used the cold eye masks with the eye holes pretty consistently the first 10 days and took arnica for about 2 weeks. Going into week 3 I looked like myself; you wouldn’t have known I had surgery and I wasn’t swollen like the previous week. I would do this surgery again no question! The actual surgical procedure was done in about 40 mins (if it actually took that long). I highly recommend this and wish I had done it sooner. I feel like my old self and have a familiar confidence back that had waned over the years. The procedure is exceptionally affordable and holistically worth it! Thanks Dr. R!
