Dr. Talens is truly outstanding—knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. It is clear that Dr. Talens genuinely cares about patient outcomes and overall skin health. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and in the heart of Virginia Beach. With Christmas spirit and celebrations around us, and the dawn of new year 2026 upon us, there is no written word to express my gift of God how proud I am of my daughter, Dr Theresa Talens Mercado, who founded this Integrity Skin & DermCare clinic. It is representative of her absolute dedication, excellence, vision and far-reaching professional achievements. I am very proud as a father to have her honored in the Virginia Governor’s Mansion by Governor Glen Youngkin honoring Women in Business in 2024. And at a young age, as outcome of her many years and aggressive, insatiable desire for experience, she has been recognized a national expert and invited as lecturer and guest speaker throughout the country in the medical field of surgical dermatology, and skin cancer screening and treatment. I had been looking for a new Dermatologist and saw Integrity Skin & Dermcare on a few social media platforms as it’s a new practice and after doing my research I scheduled my appointment and was excited to be seen. Let me first say it started off great from the moment I walked in. The Receptionist greeted me right away and the atmosphere was very inviting and very well decorated. I was seen by the owner herself Dr. Talens, she was very interested in hearing my concerns about a few things that I needed checked, she took her time and listened and we came up with a game plan together and I’m most thankful for that. She was professional, personable and most importantly kind. We chatted briefly and she told me her sister would be there also working along side her, helping clients with aesthetics, I will check into seeing her next as that’s also something I’m interested in. Im excited that I now have a new dermatologist, I highly recommend this practice.
