So happy to see Dr. Chang and his team on General Booth Blvd in Virginia Beach! My Moh’s surgery was scheduled within a day of receiving my biopsy results! Dr. Chang is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything before beginning. My experience was great from the moment I stepped up to the front desk. Everyone was professional , kind, and I received expert care from start to finish! Justin performed an amazing close. Special thanks to Taylor who calmed my nerves and gets my sense of humor!

I'm a loyal person, but I was over receiving the same meds that didn't work anymore for a skin condition for years. Before my Annual exam I decided to search for a new Dermatologist and was impressed with Dr. Chang's reviews and liked that he was the owner of the clinic, and close to my home. I was able to get an appointment within a month, no wait time (unheard of) and impressed with the friendly, well trained staff. I appreciated Dr. Chang's thoroughness and friendly demeanor, his assistant took all the notes during the visit. Therefore the Dr.'s undevided attention is with the patient. Dr. Chang diagnosed my long ongoing skin problem low self esteem and trying to cover it up, on top of spending $$ out of my pocket). Dr. Chang took a thorough look, prescribed the correct meds and at my 2 week follow up I felt like a new woman. My skin has totally cleared up and I'm finally no longer self conscious. TY Dr..Chang, you've made a difference in my life.

From check-in to checking out, Dr. Chang and Staff were consummate professionals. Five stars does not speak to the level of service provided to us during my mother's procedure. The environment was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is searching for comfort, care, honestly diligence, professionalism and most if all a peace of mind. I had a basal cell carcinoma removed by the wonderful Dr. Chang on Friday. The roots had started spreading and it took two times of cutting to get it out. Dr. Chang discussed a possible interaction that I had had with one of the numbing medications at another facility. He made certain that I was comfortable using the medication and offered to find something else if I preferred. I declined but he observed me carefully. He discussed each step of the procedure with me and thanked me for choosing his practice. I left with inner and outer stitches and an appointment to have the outer stitches removed by Dr. Chang in two weeks. The experience was as good as it can be when you have cancer on your back. The entire staff at Dr. Chang’s office was knowledgeable and made sure that I was comfortable and understood everything they did for me. I cannot recommend Dr. Chang any higher. He is definitely a 10 in my book!!!

Pleasant, courteous staff including Dr. Chang. Easy to make appointments and no months long wait for an appointment. I had 1 site ‘frozen’ and another biosied. The technician that was assisting the doctor was leaving the room as soon Dr. Chang did with no instructions about caring for the 2 sites. I asked her what I should do and she said ‘treat them like a bruised knee’!!! Again she was heading out of the room and I asked her for bandaids. She got some of varying size and handed them to me - no bag for them. This attitude prevented a 5 star review.
