I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Tilt and my experience with her. From my very first consultation (breast augmentation) she’s been nothing but compassionate and understanding. We went over my dream results and come day of my surgery, I ultimately left the final decision up to her and her team and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Alexandra Tilt and her team are absolutely AMAZING I have had a great experience thus far. Everyone in the office is welcoming they answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed during my appointments. Absolutely phenomenal surgeon with Excellent bedside manner., Breast reduction and lift surgery. I immediately felt at ease meeting Dr. Tilt for my consultation. she had a great balance of professionalism and friendliness that I have found elusive in a lot of medical professionals. She was empathetic about me to my fears about surgery. I had significant drooping/loss of elasticity, neck spasms, back pain for over 15 years due to fear. Dr. Tilt changed my mind, giving me guidance and reassurance every step of the way. I finally had my surgery 3 weeks ago and wowowowow, I could NOT be happier. Dare I say my breasts are perfect. I’m healing so well; I was on bed rest for a week, but I was up and about by day 3. My scars are healing so beautifully, and in some places barely noticeable. I have never felt so confident and beautiful and in love with my body my entire life. And I have Dr. Tilt to thank for that.
