Roller Weight Loss & Advanced Surgery

I just had surgery almost 3 weeks ago, but I cannot say enough about all the people who have been so helpful in this journey. Dr Roller is so personable, friendly, & completely transparent in helping me understand the process. All of the nurses at the Arkansas office & at the hospital were outstanding. The girls at the Tulsa office who work with me are very helpful, friendly & make me feel like I'm their number one priority whenever I am there for an appointment or call with a question. I would recommend Roller Weight Loss to anyone who is ready to take this step. I actually have signed a friend up for the next Tulsa seminar in August and will be accompanying her.

I just had my 1 year follow up from RNY after 30 years of struggling with my weight. Dr. Roller did my surgery and it was an uneventful recovery. Procedure itself is nothing short of a miracle for me.I am down 100 pounds and I am enjoying my family and able to be so active now.My high blood pressure resolved within a week and I feel so good. I follow up at the Tulsa branch because it is closer and they have all been great to me. I wish I had done it sooner!

Dr. Roller and his team have been incredible. They have changed my life for the better. I had surgery almost 9 months ago. I have lost a significant amount of weight and feel great. Anytime I have had any concerns, they take them seriously and support me in following up to ensure I am well.

This was a revision. When I came out of surgery I had no idea what I had done. My Dr did not call. I did not follow up with my 2nd appt. All my food was opened before I got it, so they are reselling the protien shake containers. Apparently the revision is just a hoax and it truly cannot be redone. I did not want to believe that. 😫 I hate my Dr would not call me and felt she was right having not told me what they did to me during surgery. I feel betrayed and I cannot trust them. The center is in Fayetteville Arkansas

I reached out to Roller Weight loss a while back to begin my journey. They offered me medical pills to help curve my hunger and a diet plan to follow. All good, that is what I expected. I had shown up two following times to receive a B-12 shot that I was supposed to get at my initial appointment. The shot never came and for the money I was putting towards this treatment, I felt I was getting very poor treatment. I was contacted by the Arkansas headquarters about collecting an ~$80 debt for the B-12 shot I never received. They were wanting me to pay for treatment I never received. So what do they do next, they get a collection agency on the case to hunt down money for medical services I never got. So I not only never received the treatment I requested after paying close to ~$300 at my initial appointment, but they want to take another $80 from me by getting a collection agency out there. Conclusion: If they are not willing to give you the full treatment after several visits, then you need to find a medical service company willing to. It's not even the money that bothers me but the idea that they can freely charge clients for treatment not given.
