Had an MRI scan here today and the doctors and staff are absolutely lovely. They were really quick, made me feel comfortable and welcome. It was my first MRI scan and I definitely wont be worried about having one in the future because of their kindness and patience. The layout is also great as there is plenty of signs even in the parking lot. The rooms were taken care of and clean. Thanks again for your kindness OSH

Hello my name is Lisa Callahan and I was a patient 01/20/26 for surgery then admittance to the orthopedic floor. While all nurses I came into contact with were great! I would also like to say Wendy on the ortho floor was outstanding and went over and above to make sure all medical needs was taken care of. I don’t believe I have ever received the care I did the past two days. I will also be leaving a review on Google and telling everyone I know what a great hospital and staff you have at Oklahoma Surgical Hospital.

I can't begin to tell you my experience at Oklahoma surgical hospital. I have never been so well cared for in a hospital. From the valet service to the nurses and the doctors and everyone there I was never ignored if I pressed the call button they were right there to see what I needed. The facility is top notch and the rooms were roomy and clean with comfortable accommodations for my husband. This is by far the best hospital I have ever been in.

I recently had a gallbladder removal surgery with Dr. Cole and when I think about how comfortable and cared for I felt in this hospital it honestly makes me emotional. From the initial appointment, to pre op, to the front desk, to the person who wheeled me to my car post op, and everyone in between. Every single human my husband or I interacted with through this entire process made me feel like I was the only person they were worried about that day. Dr. Cole listened to me and never made me feel rushed at my initial appointment, the hospital staff never made me feel like they were just trying to get to the next patient, if I asked for something I was taken care of right away. This facility and all its staff should be the standard in which every other medical facility holds itself to.

My husband had out patient surgery here twice within 11 months and I had out patient surgery in February. Every one was nice all three times we didn’t have a long wait in the waiting rooms, the techs and nurses were nice. I had outpatient surgery on my sinuses and ear last Friday. They were so busy we had to wait in the first waiting room for an hour. It’s like they were herding cattle is what it felt like. We get to the second waiting room had to wait 20 minutes there. I finally get into preop room. The tech comes in and greeted us then she started talking really fast about how to put the gown on. I had to have her repeat herself three times because she wouldn’t slow down. I had asked at my preop appt anesthesia PA if I could have something in my IV in preop to relax me. I informed her that I did not like the syrup they give. She informed me to tell the nurse when I get there. I did and the nurse was like the IV sedative is much stronger than the syrup. I said never mind also I didn’t think she was very friendly. One of the techs came in and said the patient Nextdoor was nauseous she said I will be there in a minute. It was a long minute more like five minutes. She came back and said that tech had miscommunication. I’m like wow. Post op surgery again felt like they were herding cattle. I get to the second post op I’m not even out of the bed and the tech his putting my shorts on under my gown. He asked if I wanted something to drink I answered Sprite. He brought it to me and it was hot. The postop nurse scolded me for drinking Sprite something about the fiz. My experience was not a good one this time. One of the nurses said they had seen 90 patients and it was only 11:00 a.m.
