At 18, I got a tattoo on my wrist that I almost immediately regretted. I then spent the next three years undergoing laser treatments, which unfortunately left me with only a lightened version of the tattoo along with surrounding discoloration. The result was not aesthetically pleasing, so I began searching for a plastic surgeon who could surgically remove it. For reasons I still do not fully understand, it was surprisingly difficult to find a plastic surgeon willing to perform this procedure, and I began to lose hope. That changed when I came across Dr. Landis. After reading the outstanding reviews and learning about her extensive experience as a plastic surgeon, I contacted her office to ask whether tattoo excision with surrounding discoloration was something they could address. I was told yes, which was an immediate relief. I proceeded with a consultation, followed by surgery two months later, and a post-surgery check-in a week after that. From the first phone call to my final visit, my experience was nothing short of incredible. I was deeply grateful to find a surgeon who could remove a decision that had caused me so much distress, and the entire staff exceeded my expectations. They were kind, accommodating, and highly professional throughout the process. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, my experience was personalized, and my comfort was always prioritized. Dr. Landis is warm, attentive, and clearly invested in both her patients’ experiences and outcomes. Her staff reflects the same level of care and professionalism. I have been left with a beautifully small, thin scar that is still healing but already barely noticeable. I was genuinely astonished when I saw the results and could not be happier with the outcome. From beginning to end, my time with Dr. Landis and her team was exceptional, and I highly recommend them. The only minor hiccup was related to how busy the practice is; when I first reached out, it was occasionally difficult to receive a call back. However, I continued following up to ensure my name was on file and that I could schedule a consultation. My situation was somewhat unique, as tattoo excision surgeries are less common than the procedures typically performed by the practice, so I believe the front desk needed additional time to confirm that this was a surgery Dr. Landis could perform. In the end, she did—and she did so absolutely flawlessly.

Dr Landis not only did an amazing job , she also has an amazing caring spirit and helped me be at ease making my decision for myself . My results are everything and more I had hoped for ! I couldn’t ask for better experience. If there were 10 stars I would have checked 10. I got exactly what I was looking for. All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Dr. Landis takes time to explain everything and make sure that you are comfortable. She is more like an artist. Well done.
