I had gallbladder surgery last week. I was very anxious and nervous when I arrived, but the attention and welcome I received left me with no words to explain how they put me at ease. Everything ran smoothly, and I appreciated the kindness from everyone who took care of me. Dr. Favre is the best. God Bless.

The staff here is amazing! They are kind, professional, and efficient. First time here I didn’t know what to expect based on another provider I visited over the summer. at TUCSON surgery center. There was almost no waiting and each step was explained very well. I actually was finished about the same time. I was originally scheduled to begin my procedure. This place is the most efficient and well run center of its type in my experience five stars.

I am very satisfied with my experience here. Before my surgery I had call from them a day prior reminding me in regards of my surgery. Starting with the front desks to all the clinical staffs and anesthesiologist and my surgeon has been amazing to me. I was treated with respect and integrity. I worked at the health care too so I appreciate the care that they have given me. I am healing and grateful for everyone involved in my surgery.

My wife had surgery there a few months ago. They apparently miscoded the claim and predictably the insurance company didn’t pay. Not only did the billing clerk blame me for what the insurance company assured me was TSC’s error, but she violated our privacy. We weren’t responding fast enough to her calls so she called our surgeon’s patient care coordinator to tell her the bill remains unpaid and asked that person to call us. I called and asked for the TSC supervisor to complain about what is most certainly an actionable violation of privacy, and 48 hours later, no return call. Their negligence was bad enough. All they had to do was check a box and they would have been paid. They managed to check that Bo’s for my wife’s first surgery there. But calling a third party to act as their debt collector is undoubtedly illegal and certainly problematic. Guess I will spend some time looking for a lawyer. Just don’t use them. We had a completely different problem with them the first time. Not sure how they stay in business. Must be owned by the referring physicians. UPDATE: I moved the rating from one to four stars after visiting with the TSC administrator who understood (frankly probably better than I did) the egregious error and took decisive action. A business that fixes errors rather than hiding from them is always a good thing.

January 2026 surgery. The surgeon was phenomenal. Already left a review for her. However, I am the advocate for my husband here. And the post op not so great. The recovery felt rushed. Yes it's an outpatient procedure but not everyone has the same behaviors when they are waking up from anesthesia. This was the case with my husband. They brought me back to sit with him and immediately I felt they were trying to get him out the door. As he was throwing up. There was one nurse and I wish I knew her name, who advocated for trying some remedies to get my husband to stop throwing up. Actually seemed to care. Disappointing. While trying to comfort my husband for the almost 3 hours, I encountered obnoxious conversation from some of the staff. And it wasn't the talks of cruises, sharing photos or asking for vacation advice. It was the conversations around the patients. One of them, he told my husband's nurse "You have the problem patient of the day" because they couldn't discharge him yet. I kept my cool. Pretty impressed by that. But i shut his curtains and stood by the foot of the bed for the rest of the time to let them know I was at my limit of being polite. I would say that inappropriate patient conversation and the microwaves being right in front of the recovery beds would be why this place got 3 stars. How are you going to want to get people in and out after surgery but heat up fish!? Come on man!
