If I could give 6 stars I would. What a fantastic practice. Had a painful cyst on my shoulder. Checked in, got x rays, the doc explained the options very clearly and he took care of it on the spot. Was there for an hour. Can't say enough good things about the staff, techs, and the physician. Awesome.

Dr Beer was my second opinion because another Doctor said I needed surgery and made me sign surgery papers same day of appt and was calling next morning to schedule surgery. I had a horrible feeling about the eagerness this Dr had to do surgery when all he did was touch my finger. No xrays, no sonogram, nothing. When I saw Dr Beer he told me I in no way needed surgery for my dislocated finger, just needed some good physical therapy. Glad I came here for a second opinion.

Tried to tell me there would be a $25 fee for canceling appointment and I've never even been there before and when I told the rude person I wasn't paying them anything ?she hung up on me. And they wonder why I called to cancel my appointment? The person I spoke with who made the appointment was supposed to email me paperwork. They did not do that. But what's interesting if I would have been in my thirties I'm sure I would have gotten preferential treatment versus the rude treatment I did receive.

I don’t normally do this, but I’m honestly disgusted. How, in America, when you have insurance, a facility can refuse to see you because of an auto accident?! I’m not trying to include the doctor or facility in some lawsuit. I honestly hurt myself before the accident, the accident maybe tweaked it, but it was not originally from the accident. I want to use my insurance from work like any other person. And if I had lied and never used the words “auto accident” they would not have known and would have see me. But I’m honest and this is what honesty gets you. Instead, I have to remain in pain because of an absurd policy. Unbelievable.

Beware this place will charge you if you have to cancel an appointment, Road was closed due to a car accident with a death. Couldn’t get there. Continue to send me a bill for $25. Heartless. Someone lost their life and all they care about is money. Stay away.
