Dr Kang is really great. Listens to you and explains everything in detail. Nurse Practitioner Kluge is also great and very thorough. All the staff are professional, friendly and courteous. I've never had a long wait I'm usually in an exam room in 5-10 minutes tops. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Lara is awesome! He did my toddler’s ear tubes and everything went smoothly. He made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything clearly. I also had an appointment with him myself and it was a great experience. He is kind, professional, and really takes the time to listen to his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Lara!

The office staff is efficient. Ms. Trepanier who does my testing and hearing aid checks is thoughtful. She listens to concerns and questions. She provides excellent care. I book appointments to match her schedule. Mr. Kruger is also excellent and informative.

Very good experience. Was apprehensive going in but very attentive to my concerns and hopes for the correct hearing aids with my severity of impairment. Very understanding and helpful in that respect. On my side all the way in correspondence with insurance and I know the challenge that can be. Pretty stoked about finally hearing better after years of struggle with old hearing aids. Technology has come a long way with AI speech enhancement and I really need it.

Scheduling was easy , front office staff frirndly. Short wait. Lady who did blood pressure did not introduce herself but lady who took history did. Dr. Appeared competent , informed and listened but very brief as all visits are today. I mentioned I had multiple medical problems to consider before I would do a biopsy - no one asked anything about them - typical of today's medicine.
