I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ethan Larson and his entire team. I had an FDL abdominoplasty with liposuction, and from the very first consultation through surgery and follow-up care, Dr. Larson has been exceptional. He is highly skilled, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process so I felt confident and fully informed. I truly feel I was and continue to be in the best possible hands. Just as impressive is his staff—every single person I interact with is warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They create an environment that felt safe, supportive, and respectful, which has made a big difference during such a vulnerable experience. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Larson and his team and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering plastic surgery.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, and Dr. Larson has always been incredibly kind and focused on making sure I got what I needed throughout the process. Everyone here works hard to create a warm and welcoming space. I was always made to feel safe and like my needs were the top priority. I walk in a body I feel more confident in as a result, but I also feel more confidence in myself in general as a result from my experience with this incredibly supportive and kind staff. Thank you!

I have written this review several times – not changing my review but trying to eloquently express how deeply grateful I am to Dr. Larson and his team at Larson Plastic Surgery. I had the first half of my surgeries for lipedema in July 2025. The surgery went well, I was feeling amazing and Dr. Larson and the team were great at all my follow-up visits. Then 15 days after my surgery I was taken to the emergency room with sepsis. For the next 23 days I went through a myriad of medical issues – to include my kidneys shutting down because of the IV antibiotics and all of the meds being used to fight the infection. My life changed. What didn’t change was the attention and care Dr. Larson and his team provided – as an inpatient and then after I got out of the hospital to start the road to recovery. Dr. Larson, Felicia, Laine, the whole team was super supportive to me and my family – they answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns, and honored the fact that one of my daughters is a nurse and had some experience that benefited the care I needed. For all of the bad that the situation was, the experience with Dr. Larson was great. So great, that I am not hesitating to go back for the second surgery and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his amazing team.

I cannot believe what a great experience this has been. Dr. Larson is very thorough, and a very gifted surgeon. I had a very extensive surgery with fabulous results. His surgical staff is top notch, even when dealing with my many medical conditions. The office staff is fabulous and also very knowledgeable. Everyone has been very helpful, and they make themselves available if you should have any concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Larson and his staff for any plastic surgery needs you may have.
