I have seen Ashleigh Ledet for some time now and cannot recommend her too highly. She has thoughtfully and caringly helped me find ways to address some skin problems. Even more, she has always treated me with kindness and respect, creating a safe space in which to discuss my specific needs and challenges. I've worked with many medical providers in my life. Few have made me feel as safe, heard, and welcome as Ashleigh.

I went for simple removal of two small skin tags. I now have two big red blotches. worse than skin tags looked. One tag never came off. Now I have brown spot with it. Other biopsied a week ago no call or tell me about, answer. emailed 2x. The biopsied one still not healed and red blotch Bottom line two big red marks. Not sure if I trust this organization. week passed no idea if biopsy is cancer or not.

First of all, Dyson does not call you with skin cancer biopsy results. When you call for them, you are put through a phone tree, then told via a recording to leave your information and you will receive a call within 48 hours. Which in my case, three times, they failed to do. Why should one have to wait to get a call back with skin cancer results, only to be ghosted? Terrible, uncaring patient care from what is in my opinion a factory. I'm done with these people. Update: I called the office for the fourth time to get my biopsy results, and was able to get through to a person by using the "appointment" link. I explained that it had been four weeks, and I had heard nothing. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called again, for the fifth time. The phone person was rude, telling me that they were "very busy." After only two minutes on hold, she told me that my biopsy results from skin samples taken in three different places on my face were benign, and that they had left a message on my phone earlier in the day to that effect -- which was untrue. I have to wonder whether it was necessary to take these skin samples for biopsy in the first place.

I will be changing dermatologists. They have rescheduled my appointments a few times and then when I do have a skin concern, they can't see me for months. The person on the phone said I can call them every single day until my Dec appointment to see if there is a cancellation (I first contacted them in September with my concern). When I went to cancel my appointment after finding an alternative Dermatologist the person on the phone simply cancelled my appointment, did not ask if there was a concern and did not ask to reschedule. They are simply concerned about volume and not the actual patient.
