I just had surgery on 9/29 and everyone that interacted with me or was involved with my case was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and comforting and just made the experience so much better. I sadly cannot remember everyone's name but Richard assisted me with waking up after my procedure and he was amazing. Thank you all! I hope you see this or someone shares this message with you because you deserve the recognition.

Had a great experience here. Very attentive. Previously I had a not so easy recovery at another hospital for a different surgery ; but here was great they listened to my concerns and i was able to stay in recovery until I felt good enough to go home. Would definitely go back to parkway surgery center if needed. Even did a follow up with me the next day.

I had my tubes tied and the staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and I trusted them 100%. My only complaint is that my appointment time was 6 am and I arrived early and no one was there.

The doctor was awesome. The front desk clerk was friendly and very nice. The people in pre-op and post-op walked around with frowns on their faces not very friendly. Didn't leave me with a lot of information when I left. The only nice and friendly person was the doctor and the two in the surgery room helping the doctor other than that not a very pleasant experience.

Absolutely terrible experience, my second proceedure out of 3 in less than 6 weeks. First off they said I had to be there 2 hours before the procedure at 5:30 when they don't even open until 6am. Of course doctor shows up at 7:30. I received a single phone call for pre-op no written instructions. They cancelled my procedure after all prep because they failed to inform me not to take Ozempic. Like I was told before Colonoscopy and complied. A full day off of work. Plus having my driver there 2 hrs. early. This was a joke. I'm going to try and move my next procedure to a smaller surgical facility where they treat you with at least a little dignity.
