Setiba Medical Spa is awesome! Bita answered all my questions and provided suggestions on how to achieve my goals. The atmosphere and exceptional service provided made me feel comfortable. The staff is exceptionally professional and super attentive, so I knew I was in good hands the whole time. I left feeling super happy and can't wait to go back!

I had the most amazing DiamondGlow facial with Emelia at Setiba. She is truly so sweet, kind, and welcoming, and made my entire experience feel so comfortable and relaxing from start to finish. This was actually my very first facial, and she took the time to explain everything she was doing along the way, which made me feel so at ease. You can genuinely tell how much she cares about her clients and loves what she does. My skin has honestly never felt better. It felt like such a special treat, and I cannot recommend Emelia and the DiamondGlow facial at Setiba enough.💎

The entire staff is So welcoming and comforting whether or not you’ve been to a med spa before. Rose was amazing handling all of the organization of appointments as well as being sure we filled out our waivers so we didn’t have to wait at all. Saba was so great at giving us a tour of the med spa and all of all the services offered and didn’t cut any corners nor turn down throughly explaining with examples any of the machines, services or additional questions I had (and I had a lot). Josh was really great at explaining the different types of peptides and enhancements that made it really easy to select what services would cater to my specific needs and desires for my body. Angelika made it so effortless, comfortable, pain-free, and was really kind about listening to the things I wanted to enhance and thoroughly explaining how she recommended we go about doing that. Emilia is so kind, giving and the whole facility is just so gorgeous and tranquil. I completely recommend anyone to go here, and I live in Burbank and drove all the way to them for this reason.
