CC: Chronic Sinusitis. The staff at Bella Vista ENT is wonderfully organized, everyone knows their role and it shows. The front desk team is efficient and genuinely helpful from the moment you arrive. Amanda, the physician’s assistant, is incredibly knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. Dr. Feinfield is a fantastic ENT, and my balloon sinuplasty procedure was completely comfortable from start to finish. Alicia took the time to walk me through billing thoroughly, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

The office is very well decorated. Wait time was quick. Matt was professional and efficient, with a kind and gentle touch. Will continue to come back and see him every 6 months.

I went to Bella vista seeking information regarding some issues I've been having with My sinuses and Post nasal drip. We were greeted immediately as we walked in to the office. We had an appointment but they took us back and put us in a room right away. From that time on Every person we came in contact with was amazing!. They were friendly and made us feel welcomed. Each encounter we had was nothing short of the best service I have ever had at a doctor's office. They were so helpful in everything they did. They explained everything they were going to do before they did it in full detail so I new what to expect. I encountered probably seven or eight people while I was there. I wish I could give you all of their names. They all were so professional. I have never walked out of a doctor's office feeling more informed and confident of having my procedure done with this amazing group of people!

Impressed with friendly atmosphere when I called for an appointment. I had questions and they were easily answered. Office seems very organized with online forms to complete. Reception was warm and friendly and very short wait time. I’m being treated for vertigo and I was very pleased with results today. Office ambience is 5⭐️ Office staff and medical team excellent.

The service, treatment and staff are all top notch, nice people and seemingly knowledgeable. My only issue is that I only met or saw the doctor for one minute right before my procedure. I did not meet him before the procedure date, which entails a real leap of faith for anyone to have nasal surgery without ever meeting the doctor for a consultation Then all of the follow up appointments are with a PA.
