Dr Brandy Maphet and assistant Avery J. Hanlin were awesome! They made me very comfortable from start to finish of my procedure. I can not say enough positive things about my whole experience. I was so apprehensive for no reason at all. The entire staff are very nice. If I could give a 10 star I would. Thank you for your service.

Dr. DeCresenzo was recommended by another doctor I see. Dr. D is personable yet professional and very knowledgeable about skin conditions. Since December 2025, I have been misdiagnosed by 2 doctors who didn’t bother to take a biopsy or bloodwork. Even my PCP knew enough to order blood tests to look for a diagnosis. Some dermatologists are more interested in Botox, skin products and enhancement procedures. I am very relieved to finally have the correct diagnosis with medication that is affordable and easily available. I highly recommend Dr. DeCrescenzo!

I have been a patient for 20 years. I have always had the best care! My doctor takes her time to make sure that any concerns are discussed. I have very thorough exams. The office staff is also friendly and welcoming!

Dr. Hyman was incredible! He addressed issues I had for a long time. He has a very professional and personable. I couldn’t be happier! When you retire and relocate finding doctors to replace your the doctors you have had for a long time is hard! Dr. Hyman is excellent and I don’t think you will find better!!!

I visited this dermatologist Leah Hajdin regarding a mole, dandruff, and acne on chin . The doctor appeared knowledgeable and explained the medical issues. However, I was disappointed with the communication during the appointment. When I started asking a question about moisturising cream -when I said cream I was interrupted and told that I could only ask questions related to the specific topic listed for the visit. This was surprising because asking about a moisturizer cream is a very reasonable question when discussing prescription treatments that may affect the skin. At the end of the appointment, the doctor mentioned that the prescribed medications could cause dryness and recommended to use cerave , ( it doesn’t help us at all) which was actually the type of topic I had been trying to ask about earlier. I have previously seen other dermatologists, including Larisa Stewart 5️⃣ ⭐ , Peterson 5️⃣ ⭐ , and dermatologists at 5⭐ at Complete Dermatology, and they always took the time to listen, answer questions, and discuss additional concerns, their warm and positive attitude, made me feel comfortable during my visits. They make sure you feel heard and understood. This was the first time I had this type of conversation with a dermatologist. While the medical information was helpful, I believe patients should feel heard and be given an opportunity to ask reasonable questions in 15 min without being interrupted. I am a calm and gentle person, and the way the conversation affected me. A more patient-centered and attentive approach would greatly improve the experience.
