Staff is absolutely amazing! The Ballancer Treatment was so relaxing and I felt so good moving everything around!! Can’t wait for my next appointment.

Mili was absolutely wonderful during my visit today at Sono Bello The Woodlands. She took great care of me while setting me up in the lymphatic massager, explaining the process clearly and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her professionalism, kindness, and positive energy made the experience relaxing and reassuring. Our interaction was genuinely pleasant, and she made me feel well cared for from start to finish. Milli’s a natural! I’ve never experienced Balancer Pro before. She explained everything perfectly; her easy manner made me feel comfortable right away. She was also quite patient to listen to me share my experience, both with my procedure and the Balancer Pro treatment and, though I’m sure she had clients waiting, never expressed impatience or disinterest. I’m grateful she’s my point person at Sonobello The Woodlands .

I cancelled appointment with them and they have yet to refund my deposit. Do not go here! Customer service is abhorrent. I would never recommend. Unethical. Unprofessional.
