First Surgery Center

All I can say is the folks here are so caring and have a fantastic bedside manner completely different from the office I went to initially where the receptionists are not as warm and friendly and there is overall feeling of despair in the waiting room. I was really concerned initially because of the vibe at the initial office.But here was the absolute complete opposite with the warm friendliness and professionalism.

Overall a great experience for my endoscopy. Even though they do multiple procedures like others, it's not crowded and the staff is very nice and professional. Highly recommended.

Dr. Chakrabarty and the entire staff were very respectful, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, which I truly appreciated. Check-in was quick and easy, and the surgery center itself is very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone in need of their services.

The staff at First Surgery Center were amazing to say the least. It was obvious that everyone loved their role in helping take care of patients. They were all very polite, professional, and most of all personable. Everyone there helped make something uncomfortable into something memorable. I underwent an endoscopy with Dr. Chakrabarty at First Surgery Center. The staff was pleasant, especially my prep nurse who was also efficient. They said I was all done and I didn’t even know the procedure had started. The anesthesia was great. I have been a patient of Dr Chakrabarty for years and I feel lucky to be his patient.
