Where do I begin? My experience with Dr. Mosiello and his team was amazing!! I first got Natrelle textured implants in 2016 by another doctor who unfortunately passed away. I had such a wonderful experience and loved the outcome - Very happy for 9 years. However, the implants were pulled off the market and then I started to feel a lump in one of them and developed capitular contraction so I decided it was time to swap them out. My friend went to Dr. Mosiello and was very happy so I researched only to find out the nurse who worked for my previous surgeon now works here. This is important because if you are happy and had a great experience previously, you want to follow someone with integrity who believes in the surgeon. Needless to say, I was super nervous! From the beginning, I loved TP Plastic Surgery. So thorough and answered all the questions I had. Dr. Mosiello listened to my goals (swap textured with smooth implants, move from over the muscle to under the muscle, consider slightly bigger but natural looking), executed exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I am beyond happy with my revision and the results are spectacular! Like PHENOMENAL! Lily is amazing, Mary amazing, Dr. Mosiello is truly gifted. I cannot recommend him enough. Beginning to end - 100 stars!

The experience with the procedure and the results were beyond my expectations. The staff were super friendly, and Dr. Mosiello was incredible. I recently had a breast augmentation at Tampa Palms Plastic Surgery, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. Dr. Mosiello was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. Lily took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the procedure in detail, and ensure that I felt fully prepared. Their expertise and skill are truly remarkable, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in such capable hands. The entire staff, from the nurses to the office personnel, were equally impressive. They were always available to assist, provided excellent care, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth and positive experience. I had Gynecomastia removal and lipo suction surgery here 3 years ago. The gynecomastia surgery looks maybe 25% better, but I was expecting a 90-95% improvement. For some reason the Dr. left quite a bit of the tissue behind and it is still visible. He claimed the nipple can cave in with all of it removed. I’ve since heard of some surgeons using a fat graft from another area, or a small nipple implant instead so that ALL of the gyno tissue can be removed. The liposuction results were pretty abysmal and I was approved for a second lipo surgery at no cost other than the surgery center fee. This slightly improved the appearance but overall is maybe a 50% improvement. Had I known the results would be what they are, I would have never bothered with either procedure. Though both areas do look somewhat improved, neither are to a level I can feel confident with or comfortable in my body. Dr. Mosiello was very professional, thoughtful and studious. He seemed to listen to all of my concerns, but didn’t really do anything differently to ensure my hopes were met. I have no other complaints of him as a doctor, nor any real negative opinions of the staff. But I’m reviewing based entirely on my results, which I’m very disappointed with. I wish he removed a lot more of the breast tissue as it is still very much there, not just visibly but to feel. And my fat deposits are still quite visible even with a shirt on. I’m now looking to have the procedures done again but to a much more in depth level to achieve more obvious improvements with a different surgeon.
