Dr Halpern has to be one of the premier surgeons in all of Florida. Not only is he a stellar surgeon but his bedside manner and his attention to detail goes far above and beyond my expectations. On top of all that, his entire office staff is exceptional.

Dr. Halpern is amazing! He replaced my ruptured implants and gave me a lift. He also did a fat graft to my upper eyelid to fix a “botched” upper bleph (done by another dr.). He knows and appreciates hooded eyes! which is very important when getting an upper bleph!

Omg it was so nice meeting you and just sitting having casual conversation with. He is hilarious, and he's a genuine person. Funny part about I didn't even meet him having plastic surgery, I met him having some auto work done. If I ever need plastic surgery I definitely know who I would choose.
