As a retired Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery O.R. and office Nurse, I knew the importance of choosing a well qualified Surgeon. After much research, I chose Dr. Dominic Castellano in Tampa. Be sure to choose Elite Plastic Surgery as many plastic Surgeons have the same last name. Dr. Castellano not only performs excellent surgery, he is ethical. No up-selling, no false promises, hidden fees, or the usual plastic surgery consult tactics. He is very professional and honest. I am thrilled with my results. I look refreshed, natural, and so much younger. Recovery was a breeze. I also was impressed with his entire staff. Having a 30 year career in plastic & reconstructive surgery, I know I have higher standards than most patients, and I've also had so many patients come to the offices I worked at with botched surgeries we just couldn't correct. There are not enough superlatives to convey my heartfelt thanks to, and appreciation for, Dr. Dominic Castellano and his superb team of highly skilled healthcare providers. 40 years ago, during US Army parachute training, I severely injured my nose resulting in the significant restriction of breathing capacity through my left nostril. It was extremely difficult for me to breathe during periods of high intensity exercise and activity. Over the past few weeks, Dr. Castellano patiently and thoroughly reviewed with me my overall health condition, my desire to improve my breathing, and discussed with me various options to address my condition. HIs calming presence throughout the pre-surgery and surgery processes addressed my concerns about surgery and potential outcomes. As a direct result of Dr. Castellano's professional expertise and personal care, I am now able (for the first time in 40 years) to easily breathe through my left nostril!
