Dr. Joseph Castellano is exceptional and Pam his nurse. From the moment I walked in, I felt truly heard and never rushed. He took the time to carefully review all of my options, explained everything clearly, and answered my questions thoughtfully. His approach immediately put me at ease and made the entire experience feel collaborative and reassuring. I’m very grateful for his care and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a physician who genuinely listens and prioritizes their patients. I have ended my search and look forward to a successful surgery!

Life changing is all I can say. I desperately wanted an arm lift and researched several drs and decided 100% on Dr. Castellano. Once I decided, he offered fabulous choices of surgeries around the holidays so I added a tummy tuck also. It was the best experience ever. I came in wanting the arm lift and absolutely love them but the tummy tuck was totally life changing. Emotionally it has changed my outlook on myself and how I think others see me. He gives you all the time you need like you’re the only patient he has. I called once a little nervous afterwards, he had me come in, reassured me that everything was fine. I will definitely go to him for everything I ever have done. I told him, he has no idea how he changes lives and how important his work is. Besides being a masterful surgeon, he instills exceptional patient confidence. You should see my scars, they are beautiful. Oh and by the way, I’m in my late 60’s and I feel wonderful! Thank you Dr. Castellano and his team!!

Dr Giglio and her team were AMAZING. so informative and so accommodating to my schedule, my questions, and helping me feel comfortable and welcome. I will highly recommend them to anyone interested in surgery. I had a breast augmentation and they have been nothing short of amazing.

The Picasso of Plastic Surgery!! The entire process from beginning to end with Castellano was exceptional, I visited other top rated plastic surgeons and knew after my consultation with Dr.Castellano he would be my choice. I had my breast lift & augmentation 7 days ago and the results are already incredible. I love that his practice and surgical center are together and I had the same incredible nurse from the beginning to the end of my surgery. Pam (the office manager) was always responsive and answered every question throughly so I felt safe in knowing I was in good hands during the entire procedure. I was back to driving and my regular routine (with some modifications) in 3 days and feel better about my body than I have in the past 23 years. After giving birth and breastfeeding 4 children I was limited to what I could wear and was always self conscious in a swimsuit but now I am counting down til summer!
